On 6 May 2023, the day of King Charles III’s coronation, the Welland Valley bellringing team rang the bells at every church in the Welland Valley benefice.
The team included a brand new team of ringers from Cottingham, who had started to learn as part of the ‘Ring for the King’ project to recruit new bellringers.
